This challenging ride is good for people who need to test themselves. The trail goes into Homestead Meadows where there are eight historical homesteads. There are interpretive signs at each homestead.

Highlights

Once at the top of Lion Gulch, you can do several loops and visit early 1900's homesteads. There's also an old sawmill. The riding at the top is rolling, fast doubletrack mostly.
